Payment method

We accept credit/debit cards, Paypal via the secure payment platform Shopify. 

Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt.  Contact your local tax or customs authorities for more information The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Prices

The amount you pay will be the price indicated in Pound £. 

Pre order

Our jacket is available in pre-order. When placing a pre-order, the Customer acknowledges that if the target for the number of pre-ordered items indicated in the information for each Product is not reached by the maximum pre-order date, they will be refunded for the full amount they have paid, and the pre-order Product will not be manufactured. 

Dispatch

Once we have the items of your order in stock we will dispatch within 48 hours. 

We use Royal Mail. 

UK: delivery within 2 to 5 days. 

Europe: delivery within 3 to 10 days. 

Rest of the world: delivery within 5 to 10 days. 

Returns: 

  • Returns for refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund.
  • All items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Patches are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

Please contact us via the contact form if you wish to place an exchange. If that's not possible, we will make a refund excluding shipping, customs and import duties.
